Frequently Asked Questions
We know that renting anything always comes with questions. To help answer some of the easy ones, we included some common questions we get along with answers to hopefully help you out.
Inflatables
- What is all included in the booking of an inflatable?
- Our booking will always include the delivery, setup, overview of the equipment and safety functions, dodgeballs (if applicable), and the final tear down at the end of the party.
- How long do we get the inflatable?
- Our rentals are standard 6 hour rentals. Overnight rentals are allowed for an additional $50. We pick up overnight rentals starting at 7am. Pick up time will be communicated before and at drop off.
- Can I rent an inflatable for multiple days?
- Yes we do offer multi-day rentals. Every additional day for the rental is 50% off up to 3 days. For anything longer than 3 days it requires more information and approval.
- Can adults go on the inflatables?
- Yes, adults can go on the inflatables as long as the meet the height and weight requirements based on the inflatable.
Tents/Tables/Chairs
- How many people can fit under a 20x20 tent?
- A 20x20 can fit comfortably up to 48 people sitting at either rectangular or circle tables depending on configuration. See our table diagram here to get an idea of how tables and chairs can be organized under different sized tents.
- What if I need a larger tent size?
- We can place as many 20x20 tents as needed together and we use rain gutters in the seams if there is any chance of rain to ensure that every space under the canopy remains dry.
- Do you offer sidewalls for the tents?
- Yes we offer both solid ($25/wall) and with windows ($40/wall).
- How long are the rentals of Tents, Tables and Chairs?
- Our rentals are per day with 50% off for each additional day needed. We may setup tents up to 2 days before your event though due to the delivery schedule. Additionally pick up of the tent may be up to 2 days after your event. This does not cost any extra as we are setting up early. This will be communicated at least 1 week early about setup and pick up date and times.
- Do you offer linens for the tables?
- No unfortunately at this time we are not able to provide linens for our tables
- Can you setup on concrete or other hard surfaces?
- Yes, we utilize concrete blocks to hold down tents on hard surfaces or areas where staking is not allowed or available.
- Tent setups are unique in that to place stakes in the ground we need to call 811 (MISS-DIG) to ensure that we do not hit any utility lines. This is a free service for all public utilities. Once a tent setup is confirmed we will give you a call to go over all of the items required for a tent rental.
Foam Parties
- What is a foam party?
- A foam party is a fun event in which we bring a foam cannon to your event and fill an area about 30ft x 30ft with foam about 4' high.
- What all is included in a foam party rental?
- We provide all of the supplies to create the foam. Speakers to play age appropriate music for the event. Beach balls and other items for to let you have fun the foam!
- What is required for a foam party?
- The only requirements are one 120V (15A or 20A) electrical outlet and a water supply outlet.
