Information Required for Booking:
To ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience, we require the following information:

Preparing for the Day of Your Rental
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with Backyard Carnival, here are some important steps and information regarding the day of your rental:
Payment Reminder and Final Payment:
If there is a remaining balance for your rental, we will send you a reminder via email at least one week before your event.
Final payment should be completed a minimum of 3 days prior to your event. This helps us to ensure everything is in place for a successful party.
For those preferring to pay with cash or check, please arrange a time for the payment to be received either via mail or through a scheduled pickup/drop-off, also at least 3 days before your event.
Confirmation and Delivery Time:
We will contact you at least 3 days before your event to confirm all the details and provide you with an estimated delivery time.
Please note that delivery will always be scheduled before your event starts, and in some cases, it may even be arranged for the day before.
Day of the Event:
On the day of your event, you will receive a text message from us when we are en route, including an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Our team will arrive at the scheduled time and set up the equipment at the predetermined location.
We will provide a thorough briefing on all safety information regarding the operation and handling of the equipment to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.
Post-Event Pick-up:
At the end of your rental period, our team will return to pick up the equipment.
We will make sure that the area around the rental is cleared of all equipment and any trash that may be present, leaving your space just as we found it.
